Reflection

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Navigating the complexities of web design at Coca-Cola European Partners provided valuable insights. Collaborating closely with developers illuminated the unique challenges and limitations inherent in crafting a cohesive digital product.

Cross-Platform Integration

My fascination with addressing challenges from both digital and physical perspectives was particularly piqued at Coca-Cola European Partners. The product's distinct digital and physical elements demanded a seamless integration within a single context, offering an intriguing design challenge.

Moving Forward

Given the tight timeline for this project at Coca-Cola European Partners, formal user tests were not feasible. Looking ahead, I am eager to develop a robust test plan in future projects, allowing us to validate design decisions made during sprints and further enhance the user experience.

Fin. Fortunately, my tenure as a Junior UX Designer was extended, allowing me to continue overseeing customer feedback and continuously improving the webpage. This extended role aims to enhance user experience and streamline processes for both external users and the internal team.
